Housing issues.
Jul. 23rd, 2007 11:23 amLooks like the school screwed up my housing. I accidentally missed the day where they have everyone come in and sign up for housing, so I had made an appointment with Student Development and went in to fill out a housing contract there.
...Fastforward to July. We got the initial estimation invoice for my first semester, and there was no room fee on it. And we got the student account balance, and it shows the room fee transfered, which only happens to students who are living off-campus. BIG problem.
So I called Student Dev and the secretary put me through to the voice mail of the lady I need to talk to, and I left her my name, student number, phone number, and what the problem is. Hopefully she'll call soon, but there's at least two other calls in the queue before me.
I seriously hope I have housing for this year.
