But seriously, I had to take my motorcycle driving exams today... kinda hoped I would have decent weather for it. Instead this. It drew it out to six hours stuck at hell the DMV as I had to take tests between snow squalls (I passed thankfully).

Though, yeah. Weather = EPIC FAIL.

Yeah. I'd already be scared to get on a motorcycle. In any bad weather? No way. And I have no snow experience with cars either. My first bad-weather driving was in a decently bad rainstorm, though... But ice and/or snow? Ick.

It's... not fun, let's put it this way. If I had my choice, I'd never drive in it, but I've been caught by snow squalls before, and done enough winter riding to have a bit of an idea how to deal with some of the hazards.

*shudders and accepts coffee spiked with brandy* But still... motorcycles + ice and snow = no one's OTP.

On the first day it really snowed on my second winter in Alaska I went outdoors barefoot. Of course, that was on purpose, so probably not comparable. Anyway, I know how it feels, and how nice warm bath water feels on them afterward.

P.S. If Emily doesn't notice this post, mention it to her, I'd kinda like to hear her reaction.
