d) The Disneyland Trip from Hell would be too obvious. Nah, when we were in Rocklin a few years ago on that trip and we found both a craft store and a yarn store within walking distance of our hotel. Plus, that was my first time traveling by train.

e) it is mostly sock yarns right now. I'm managing to keep my worsteds down to the bare minimum because I'm making a QUEEN-SIZED afghan of doom. And as we all know, sock yarns do not count when inventorying a stash.

I'd like to say that I am deconstructing it as practice in academic literature analysis, but I'd be lying. Mostly, it's that I get Trainwreck Syndrome very bad.

Although, the fics that I get it with are also usually hilarious for their OOCness or whatever. I don't read mediocre badfics, and I don't read some of the really dire ones.
