flybystardancerMom's high school friend C came by today and brought her yearbook, and some stories that they had co-written in 6th grade. What would, by today's standards, be fanfics.
So I come by fanfics naturally. :D
So over the weekend Mom seemed to get bad real fast. Then we stopped giving her IV fluids on Monday and she's bounced back a little. She can talk more than she could Sunday, and she's here with us mentally at least some of the time (if a bit loopy from pain meds). And she's being stubborn about wanting to get out of bed without help, even though she needs it. *sigh* But, stubborn and sassy is Mom. She's drinking, but still not really eating. And we're trying to keep her compfortable... Hard to do when she has a bad case of hiccups that Just Won't Go Away. The medicine we've been given for them only makes a dent in them, it doesn't make them go away completely.
